LIMITED WARRANTY OF ROTOZIP®
Robert Bosch Tool Corporation ("Seller") warrants to the original purchaser only, that all RotoZip® Tools and select Attachments (ZipMates, Direct Drive Guards, Flex Shafts, Plunge Routers, and Jigsaw Handles) will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. SELLER'S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this Limited Warranty and, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which are defective in material or workmanship and which have not been misused, carelessly handled, or misrepaired by persons other than Seller or Authorized Service Station. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must either call our customer relations department in Racine, WI at 1-877-ROTOZIP (1-877-768-6947) and/or return the complete RotoZip power tool product or attachment, transportation prepaid, to our customer relations department in Racine, WI (see address below).
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ACCESSORY ITEMS SUCH AS BITS, WHEELS, HOLE SAWS, FINISHING DISCS, CIRCLE CUTTER GUIDE, DUST MANAGEMENT KIT, STRAIGHT EDGE GUIDE, COLLETS, CASES AND TOOL BAGS.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. SOME STATES IN THE U.S., SOME CANADIAN PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT. SOME STATES IN THE U.S. AND SOME CANADIAN PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE IN THE U.S., PROVINCE TO PROVINCE IN CANADA AND FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

ROTOZIP® SERVICE AND REPAIR
To have your RotoZip tool serviced or repaired, please contact one of our authorized service centers below. RotoZip tools should be sent to the RotoZip Service Center freight prepaid, with your name, address, contact information and a brief description of the problem. If submitting the tool for warranty consideration, please submit a copy of the original purchase receipt showing date of purchase. All repairs are performed within two business days of receipt of your tool. If a price quotation is requested on a repair, no action will be taken until authorization is obtained. Prices stated are the maximum repair charges for non-warranty repairs. If the repair is minor, the charges will be based on time and materials and will result in a lower charge.

Existing repair parts can be ordered from the RotoZip Service Center. Call the Service Center for availability and pricing. Be sure to have the model number (usually found on the tool's nameplate) of your tool, and your credit card, handy when calling. Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery. No COD.
