RotoZip U.K. Ltd. Company has discontinued doing business. The RotoZip Tool Corporation in the United States is a different entity from RotoZip U.K. Ltd. The European tool line has different features, including voltage. Since we do not stock and no longer manufacture these tools in the United States, we are unable to refund or replace damaged tools.
